I started my journey at Hounds Lounge NLR playing with puppies in the play yard in winter of 2020 and then in 2024, I was promoted to receptionist and I assisted our Hounds Lounge Bryant location. I am so excited to be offered the Reservations Handler position to give our pet parents the support needed when planning their kiddos upcoming vacation or spa day with here at the Lounge!
My favorite part of the job is getting to make strong meaningful bonds with not only our furry guests but the pet parents as well!!
